Create.

Photographer, Developer, and a little bit of curiosity. I like the moments where science meets fun. From video game creation, pixel art, graphic design and videography, I’ve done a little bit of everything. It’s about the little things.

Let me tell you a story.

A musician worked with money as he never intended to be. He wanted something more but couldn’t find it at his company. So off to school he went, with hopes of starting anew. With technology in his sights, his Bachelor’s degrees, would become two. As he worked and worked, his family grew, from two to three to four. And as he learned and learned and learned, he realized tech, could become something more.

Photography.

The power of light is often understated. It changes colors, it adds mood, and it can make a good picture, a portrait. Photography is a game of preparedness, being ready for just the right moment. See some of my best work.

Development.

Development is like building a structure. It has to have a good foundation (architecture), it needs to be purposeful (DRY/UX) and it’s nice if its pretty to look at (UI). Not all software requires a GUI, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be easy to use. Come see my Github. I’ve also got a list of websites I’ve made on WordPress.

Social Media.

Social Media can’t be ignored. For better or worse, our world is shaped by it. It can make or break brands. You now have a functional PR department, no matter how big or small your business. See how I take the “managing” part of social media and turn it into “growing”.

Pixel Art.

It’s something I never thought I would do, but here we are. Stemming from a VBS (Vacation Bible School) video game project,  it was easier to create our own pixel art than to contract it out. This has been more fun and quirky than anything. It was nice to flex some creative muscles. If you want to see some of my creations, proceed at your own risk.
